Art jamming – Art and jam? Yes. But not the kind of jam that’s edible. Art jamming is the recent trend that has taken over Singapore by storm, where little studios popping up all over our tiny island cater to provide studios for individuals to express their creativity through painting.
Art jamming is basically a free flow session of both paint and creativity onto canvas. For a certain amount (this varies between different studios), you are entitled to a canvas, paints, paintbrushes, and space to create your very own masterpiece.
Atop of unleashing your inner creativity onto a blank canvas, art jamming is meant to be therapeutic and is also said to calm nerves. While these individual benefits help relieve stress, art jamming can also be used for team building.
