Wasn’t quite sure how the virtual amazing race would turn out but The Fun Empire totally exceeded my expectations. Although the puzzles were challenging, the facilitator was really helpful and my team was able to finish the challenges! Enjoyable experience overall : )

Our company organised a team-building day and had Fun Empire do something up for us virtually. We went through a virtual escape room, and a virtual amazing race. Requires your brain to work hard, so it's good to have engaging team mates. Also just want to comment Russell, our facilitator that day for being such a lucid and enthusiastic facilitator!

Our virtual team building event went smoothly and our team enjoyed ourselves with the virtual escape room. The facilitators were experienced in handling the event and very enthusiastic and helpful to give hints when required. Thanks for the successful event and would recommend to others 👍

Event was great. The whole platform was designed with minimal glitches. Event proceed smoothly too. One thing to note would be that the if there’s 2 facilitator, it would be better? Questions will be answered more promptly and they would have know what the participants are discussing about. But it’s not a major deal breaker though. Overall, still recommend it!

Excellent customer service and great experience for our team building event. First time doing a virtual team bonding and it was very fun. Lots of 5-star reviews for this place but seems like most of them didn’t do the cooking class. I think it was a one-hour session, the food didn’t taste good, and the teaching involved “making use of colors”. Our company left the event feeling robbed.

It was a fun experience, first time experiencing online team bonding while everyone is working from home. It's especially a new experience for those who had always been having outdoor or face to face activities, and seems like gamers benefited this event and were able to help the other non gamers team mates.

We had a virtual escape room for a company event. The process of booking was smooth and prompt. Michelle was helpful in answering questions I had. KaiXiang, our game faciliator, was friendly and helpful in guiding everyone and attending to the group during the game. The game itself was very challenging and complex but we had a good time. During the debriefing, KaiXiang also encouraged the groups and helped to take screenshots. Thank you!

Marvelous virtual team building experience with Fun Empire. We played the virtual escape room experience and everyone enjoyed the activity very much. It was our first time doing a virtual team bonding event, and everything went smoothly from initial booking to actual event. Really innovative activity from them that brought our team together during this time where we are working remotely. I'd definitely recommend Fun Empire to others!

We booked the virtual escape room activity for our company team bonding and all of us had a great time. The puzzles were challenging and needed all of us to work together to solve as a team. Relaxing and enjoyable art jamming session! Spent a nice afternoon painting with our group and we had a fun time. The event facilitators were friendly and helpful throughout the event. All materials were provided so you just need to turn up and start painting on your art canvas.

Really fun art jamming event conducted here. The facilitators were very helpful in changing our water bowls and topping up paint whenever we needed it. They also gave good advice on painting the lighter colours first before the darker ones so that it will be easier to make changes later on. Overall a great an affordable art jamming experience that I'd recommend

Oh god, this walk from the nearest MRT station is not fun, more than 10 minutes. I did tote bag air jamming, is a great waste of time. Firstly there isn’t any instructor to teach how to draw, secondly, there is no team bonding effect and lastly, there is no proper vending machines in the same level, and is so inconvenient to wash my hands just to get to level 1 for drinks. I don’t recommend this for team bonding. $19 is too expensive.

Tried this out the other day and it was such a relaxing activity! It helped not only me to unleash my creativity, but also my team who attended this. They also offered so many designs I could learn from and what's more, I get to keep my design after that! I would definitely attend this again!

My friends and I were looking for fun activities to do in the city and we chanced upon The Fun Empire's Art Jamming session. Did not regret it one bit as we had tons of fun painting and bonding with each other! We may not be the best when it comes to doing art but the facilitators were not at all judgemental and instead took the time to guide us along the way! Super helpful and would come back again!

Great experience doing art jamming with my friend for her hen's party. Nice and relaxing music in the background helped to create a good atmosphere. Had a neon laser tag party for 30 kids and it was a blast! Facilitator Rowayne was really engaging and good with kids. The kids really enjoyed themselves. Thank you! Will definitely recommend fun empire.

A group of 22 of us engaged The Fun Empire for the saber tag game. WE ALL HAD SO MUCH FUN! The facilitator Damian is also very humorous and he really hyped up the whole event! We had department team building event today. Played the combat archery, outdoor escape puzzle and bowling. The activities were well-balanced competitively in terms of physical, intellectual and relaxation fun. All of us had fun playing the different activities despite various age ranges. Sufficient rest was taken into account during physical play. The main facilitators Charmine and Kai Xiang, together with their colleagues were very friendly, accommodating and detailed in their explanation.

Parents were pitted against the kids and the parents won 4 out of 5 rounds. Kids win with enthusiasm but the parents outsmarted them with better strategy attack. Overall everyone gets to run around, bonded through sheer determination to eliminate their opponents. Shouts of motivation, laughter, cheers were heard throughout the 2 hour session. Thank you Ms Rini & Mr Haniff for being such great instructors.

This is the first time we were trying out Bubble Bump. Prior to our event, Julia Lim from the Sales & Events Team was very patient in answering to all my queries and she managed to confirm my booking in a relatively short period of time.
On the actual event day, when we reached there at 8pm, our event facilitator Damian & his assistant(sorry, couldn't remember his name) had already done the set-up promptly. He was very meticulous in his explanation & had a great sense of humor, thus managing to hold our attention throughout.
As for the game itself, we were extremely exhausted by the time we were done, although we only played for like 30 minutes. But since this was our first time, the experience was fresh, unique and we really enjoyed ourselves.
We are planning to come back next month to play Laser Tag and we would like to have Damian & his assistant again as our facilitator. Once again, a big thank you to you'll and do continue to keep up the good work.

Staff are very helpful and prompt in the reply. Facilitator is friendly, patient, helped us to take photos when we are all busy with the terrarium and gave suggestions on the deco when we didnt know what to do.

Was given a task to organise a team bonding session for my company and I chanced upon TFE. Not sure what we were expecting when we arrived but surely it did not disappoint. We played saber tag, bumper bump and combat archery. Tiring as hell but we couldn’t be more satisfied. Facilitator Damian was hilarious and attentive, making the games really enjoyable and fun. Buffet food was delicious as well. Highly recommended! 👌🏼

Have contacted The Fun Empire for my NS Wing cohesion for combat archery. With feedback from the participants they enjoyed the game a lot, high recommend the sport as it is very different from any other cohesion games we had been before. Especially liaising with the company is very easy and very swift replies. Instructors are very friendly and take good care of our safety. recently I had the opportunity to engage TFE for a cooking class session with them and it did not disappoint at all. The instructor's teaching made it easy to keep up and at the end of the session we had an amazing bite of some exquisite mediterenian food. my company and I had a fun time during this cooking experience , and we would love to do it again soon.

Earlier this month, I chanced upon fun empire page on facebook, a company which aims to encourage bonding and fun through many different games/ activities. I decided to sign up for combat archery for 20 of my friends including myself.
I was certainly impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the facilitators who conducted the games. The event commenced right on time, unlike some other games event company which I have previously signed up for who fail to do so. I truly think this is a plus point as we want to maximise our game time for the amount we pay for. During the intervals, the facilitators even took the initiative to clean the mask that we were wearing. My friends and I were really pleased how fun empire have trained their facilitators and the importance of hygiene.
I would truly recommend all to sign up for fun empire activities if you're just looking to have some fun, bonding or time together will a group of friends no matter the number. Will surely go back to try their other games!!

Went for a session on 10 March 2018 (5-6pm) at The Cage playing Laser Tag with a group of 9 pax.
Equipment failure was massive, guns were re-setting by themselves, jamming up, sensors not reading. We played 10 rounds and in each round we had at minimum 2 pax not being able to play due to the malfunctioning equipment.
Facilitators were very helpful and did their best despite the poor quality of the equipment, kudos to them to try and improve the overall experience. Service quality was as good as it could get.

Combat Archery: Played the game with my colleagues and it was fun. The game was really intense and exciting, but very tiring too! we had fun sweating, trying to shoot and hiding.
The venue was nice, cooling and good for such activities as a large group.
The whole one hour passed by very quickly. Not to mention friendly facilitators who briefed us clearly and taught us how to strategies.
Price point wise, was a bit more on the expensive side..

We had an event for special needs adults with Fun Empire on last Sunday. The facilitators were Erfan and Khair and they were excellent with our members. They were extremely patient even though our members have difficulty understanding the game and controlling the balls. Their high level of energy and enthusiasm boosted the members' confidence. Myself and my group had an excellent time with Bubble Bump (at Kallang). The two facilitators were very friendly and did a good job of organising the games and explaining the safety and rules of the game to us first timers. Excellent customer service before the day, during the event and following up after. My one comment were that there were a select few bubbles that appeared to deflate a little bit quickly between rounds. However, I would highly recommend this as it is great fun and the team does a great job of helping you to organise the event beforehand. Thanks Bubble Bump team.

Had a laser tag event and enjoyed myself alot because the facis were very hyped and friendly. However the laser guns had problems throughout the event, it couldnt detect whenever we shot each other and it was quite unfair but overall because of the friendly facis i still enjoy myself very much.

Awesome time there with my family and friends few weeks back! We played bubble bump soccer and it was a fresh yet great experience. We played saber tag with plastic looking light sabers for a company team building event. It's way more tiring than it looks! But then it's also as much fun as it was tiring so we left the field extremely exhausted but equally satisfied 🙂 The team were fantastically accommodating to requests that we made. My daughter had her 10th birthday at Cage@Kallang and I would say a disappointing one.
1) First and foremost, there were no proper introduction and I don’t even know their names. Guess they must be in a hurry to set things up as all my guests were all waiting for them.
2)Inflatables were not ready when we came and briefing of the game was given closed to 11 am instead at 10:45 am so that the game could be started on time.
3) The Bubble Bump were smelly and dirty. Should have aired them and clean them before storing for the next event.
4) Faulty Bubble Bump- broken handle and holes on the inflatable. Time was wasted to find the location of the hole until I suggested to continue with the available inflatable. One of them had a faulty handle that could not be fixed and such causing the kids to play with only 8 balls instead of 10. At the end of it, many of them had no equal turns as there were no replacement available.
5) Facilitators were not prompt in helping the kids that fell as many had difficulty to stand back up after a fall. I had to step in to become the 3rd facilitator after paying so much for your service.
6)Facilitators were only prompt in wrapping up the whole game with still 15 minutes before the game ended but not prompt enough to minimize wastage of time finding the hole to patch the inflatable.
7)Hot and stuffy as the speed of the fan could not be increased.
In conclusion, it had been quite horrible experience for my guests and ourselves and I think your end have lots to improve. Firstly, by
engaging more professional staffs on the ground.

I paid the full amount promptly to confirm my son's party. The package I took include E-invites to our guests. However they got the time wrong on the invite 🙁 3 days have passed and I have not received the amended e-invite despite emails and text messages to implore them to amend and send asap. Organised an event at NTU with Bubble Bump on 8 April 2016, with Bubble Soccer as one of the attractions. Facilitators Joey and Jieqin arrived early and made sure preparations were done on time. Good preparation by the facilitators. Safety of the participants was always put first and ensured. All the participants enjoyed their time very much and even said that the Bubble Soccer was the highlight of the event that was held! Great job to the facilitators and hope to work with y'all again soon!!

When we first contacted the company, we thought it strange that there is only one hour of bubble soccer being offered. We asked foolishly if two hours of it is a good idea, the staff is professional and polite to point out one hour is more than enough. I have my doubts then. It turned out that he is right. It is rather tiring, perhaps because our numbers did not meet the minimum requirement. We found it rather exhilarating and truth to be told, the event is reasonably priced. It is totally worth it (Nope, we aint getting any commission saying this...not yet anyway haha). It is well facilitated. Our thanks to Matthew and his colleague, who are very patient with us( for it require great courage from some of us to once again crawl into the sweat filled bubble, but the facilitators are ready with cleaning agents and a knowing smile). Special mention to Jiahao, who helps us greatly with our booking. Thanks for bringing on the fun for all of us. Wishing all of you there a year of fun and great bonus(hopefully). God Bless! =)

It was definitely fun for a cohesion event. so much fun and enjoyment. Great entertainment. Facilitation is great as well. The game is easy to apprehend and suitable for all ages and group. one improvement though is the age at Lapland is a bit cramp.

Just finished a game, it was really intense, constant short burst to make your friend fly.
Even tho, you are not good in soccer, you can always bump people away just for the fun of it.

Our group definitely enjoyed themselves playing Poolball and the other interesting variants of games like Poolball Sabotage and Poolball Battlefield. The facilitators were very professional and conducted the games smoothly for us. Anyone can play these games as not much soccer skills are required. It was super funny to see my friends kick the soccer ball in different ways during the Poolball Sabotage game - definitely an enjoyable sight. Overall, we had a great time, and would surely recommend this to anyone!

Poolball is a fun way to spend the weekends! It is an interesting game that combines both elements of Pool and Football. We also played other games like Poolball Sabotage and Poolball Battlefield. It was super fun! You don't really need to have soccer skills or anything, and it was really entertaining to watch my friends try out different ways to kick the soccer ball! Highly recommended! 😀
