What we collect when you enquire, why we collect it, and how to ask us to delete it.

Art Jamming SG is operated by The Fun Empire Pte Ltd. This page describes how this website handles your personal data. It sits under the group’s full Data Protection Policy, which is written to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (PDPA) and applies to this site: read the full policy.
Data
What we collect
Only what we need to quote and run your session. Through the quote form, the enquiry form, WhatsApp or email, that is:
- Your name, mobile number, and work email
- Your company or organisation, where you give one
- Your event details: preferred date, group size, venue and the formats you are interested in
- Anything you choose to write in the message field
The forms also record which page you enquired from and an analytics identifier, so we know which parts of the site are working. Spam filtering is handled by Cloudflare Turnstile.
We do not ask for and have no use for NRIC numbers, payment card details, or dates of birth. Please do not send them to us.
Why
What we use it for
To prepare your quotation, answer your questions, run your event, and invoice for it. That is the whole list.
If you enquire and do not book, we keep the enquiry so we recognise you if you come back.
We do not add enquirers to a marketing mailing list.
Sharing
Who sees it
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
It is visible to the people who run your event, and to the systems we use to do that: our email, our quoting and CRM system, and our accounting system. Those providers are bound to keep it confidential. Because Art Jamming SG is one brand within the group, your enquiry may be handled by group staff working across brands.
Your rights
Seeing, correcting or deleting your data
Under the PDPA you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent for us to keep using it.
Email [email protected] and say what you want done. The group Data Protection Policy sets out how those requests are handled, including where a charge may apply for an access request.

This site uses cookies for analytics, so we can see which pages help people and which do not. You can refuse cookies in your browser and still use the site.
