What a studio session is

A studio session is art jamming at our space rather than yours. You get a canvas, acrylic paints, brushes and an apron, and you paint whatever you want for the length of the session.
There is no syllabus and no assessment. Every session is facilitated: someone sets the materials out, explains how the paint behaves, and is on hand for the questions that come up while you paint.

Studio questions
Do I need to book, or can I walk in?
Sessions are booked in advance so we can have materials laid out for you.
Can I come alone?
The minimum booking is 5 painters, so solo painters join a group session rather than booking alone. Tell us your date and we will point you to one.
How long is a studio session?
One hour on the 20x20cm express canvas, or two and a half hours on the standard 30x40cm canvas.
Do I need to bring anything?
Nothing. Canvas, acrylics, brushes and an apron are all provided. Wear something you do not mind getting paint on.
Where exactly is the studio?
We are in the Tai Seng area. Our studio is at 29 Playfair Road, Singapore 367992, about five minutes’ walk from Tai Seng MRT. The space is fully air-conditioned, and paid parking is available nearby.
Can I keep my painting the same day?
Yes. Acrylics dry quickly, and you take your canvas with you when you leave.
