Private party questions
What counts as a private party?
Any booking where the group is yours rather than a mixed public session: hen parties, farewells, family gatherings, club outings and birthdays.
What is the smallest group you will take?
Five painters. Our studios take up to 65 each, and at your own venue we can go larger.
Can we bring food and drinks?
At your own venue, your rules apply.
Can we play our own music?
At your venue, yes.
Nobody in our group can paint. Is that a problem?
That is the normal case. The facilitator breaks things into simple steps and is on hand throughout, and nobody is set a subject they have to produce.
How far ahead should we book?
Confirm at least 3 working days before your event so we can arrange facilitators and materials. Weekends and December fill earliest, so further ahead is safer for those. If your date is sooner than that, contact us anyway – we will tell you honestly whether we can still take it. Send us your date and we will tell you straight away whether it is open.
