Booking, pricing and policies
How far in advance should we book an art jamming session?
The earlier the better for weekends and December, which fill first. Confirm at least 3 working days before your event so we can arrange facilitators and materials. Weekends and December fill earliest, so further ahead is safer for those. If your date is sooner than that, contact us anyway – we will tell you honestly whether we can still take it.
Are weekend sessions more expensive?
Peak applies to sessions starting before 9am or after 6pm, and to Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and the eve of a public holiday. The surcharge will be itemised in your quote rather than folded into the per-pax price.
Can we reschedule after booking?
Changes need at least 14 working days notice before the event date. Inside that window a change fee applies, and once a booking is invoiced it cannot be cancelled. The full terms are on our cancellation policy page.
Is there a charge for travelling to our venue?
Equipment transport $180 per round trip to your venue, plus $30 for Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island, CBD and Town.Can we combine two formats in one event?
Yes. A common corporate plan is individual canvases followed by a team mural finale. Ask for the combined option when you request a quote.
What sizes are the canvases?
Sessions use 20x20cm or 30x40cm canvases depending on the package, with a 60x80cm shared canvas for Art Attack. Tote bags are 20x20cm printed area.
Do you run public sessions we can join as individuals?
The minimum booking is 5 painters.
