How school sessions work
School art jamming is a facilitated painting session run at your school. Everyone taking part gets a canvas, acrylics and an apron — students, and any teachers who want to join in — and our facilitators run the instructions while your teachers supervise as normal.
Sessions run 1 to 2 hours and are scheduled around your periods, with setup before the first session and changeovers handled between waves.

School programmes are priced per student and banded by cohort size Schools are quoted on the same per-person price bands as any other group, so the price per student comes down as the cohort grows. School art jamming questions
Can you run a session for our whole level during post-exam week?
Yes, that is our most common school booking. A school hall takes a full level in one session, and larger cohorts run in consecutive waves across a morning. We plan the runsheet around your period timings.
Are the materials safe for students?
We use acrylic paints with aprons for every student and full floor protection. Materials documentation and a risk-assessment template in your school format are provided. Yes. We can provide safety documentation for your school or your company’s health and safety team — tell us what format they need and by when. Our facilitators are trained to run sessions safely, from setup and materials handling through to cleanup.
Can teachers join in, or do they supervise?
Either. Our facilitators run the instructions, manage materials and keep the session moving, at one facilitator per 25 students, so teachers are not needed to run anything. Plenty stay in a supervisory role; plenty take a canvas and paint alongside their students, which the students tend to enjoy more. Tell us your headcount including staff and we will set enough places.
How long does a session take, and does it fit our timetable?
Sessions run 1 to 2 hours depending on the artwork and level. We build the schedule around your periods, assembly and recess.
Do students keep their paintings?
Yes, every student takes their canvas home. For class or cohort murals, the finished artwork goes back to the school.
Can you handle our school procurement process?
You get an official quotation formatted for school approval, and we invoice against your purchase order. Yes, we are GeBIZ-registered, so schools and government bodies can raise a purchase order through the usual process. Tell us what your finance office needs and we will supply it with the quotation.
