Bookings
Your booking terms
The terms of your booking are the ones that matter commercially, and they are set out in the quotation and confirmation we send you – not on this page. They cover:
- What is included at the price quoted, and what is charged separately
- Confirmation, invoicing and payment terms
- Changes to your date, headcount or format, and the notice needed for each
- Cancellation – see our cancellation policy
- What we need from your venue: space, tables, water access and access times
- Who is responsible for participant safety and supervision
- Photography at your event, and whether we may use the images
Read your quotation before you confirm it. If anything in it differs from what you were told, tell us before you sign, and the quotation gets corrected.
