Mobile art jamming means you keep your venue and we bring everything else. Not a lite version of the studio experience: the same canvases, the same acrylics, the same facilitators, packed into a van and set up wherever your group already is.

At your office
The most common mobile booking. We convert your meeting room, pantry or town-hall space into a painting studio, run the session, and have the room back to normal before the next booking.
- Meeting room: about 15 to 30 painters

Tables and chairs from your office work fine; we bring table covers, floor sheets and everything else.
Corporate art jammingAt your school
Halls, indoor sports halls and classrooms all work. We set up before your first period, run whole-level sessions in waves, and clear the venue before dismissal. Materials documentation and risk-assessment support are available for the teacher-in-charge Yes. We can provide safety documentation for your school or your company’s health and safety team — tell us what format they need and by when. Our facilitators are trained to run sessions safely, from setup and materials handling through to cleanup..
Art jamming at schoolsAt your condo function room
Function rooms are made for this. Book the room, send us a photo of the space, and we handle the rest. Popular for birthday parties, hen gatherings, resident events and family celebrations. We do the full floor protection so your booking deposit is never at risk, and we carry everything in and out ourselves, including used water and waste.
Private partiesAt your event venue
Running a D&D, retreat or festival booth? We coordinate directly with your venue on load-in times, freight lift access and floor plans, so you are not the middleman. We need 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after for setup and teardown.
Large group eventsAt your home
Yes, living rooms work. Home sessions suit families, small birthday groups and gatherings. We scale the setup to your space, protect your floor and furniture completely, and take every drop of paint and rubbish with us when we go. You keep the paintings and none of the mess.

Setup and teardown happen outside your session, so your booked block is all painting. We arrive 30 minutes before your start time and need 30 minutes afterwards to clear the space. You do not lift anything.

A precise square-metre-per-painter guide is being finalised. Ceiling height does not matter, aircon helps, and we need access to a water point, because every table fills a container for painting and rinsing brushes plus a lift or ground-floor access for load-in.

Do you really cover the whole of Singapore?
Yes, islandwide. Office towers in the CBD, schools and homes in the heartlands, and event venues including Sentosa Equipment transport is chargeable per round trip to your venue. Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island, the CBD and Town carry a further surchage.. We only need lift or ground-floor access for load-in and a water point at the venue.
How much space do we need per person?
In practice, a large meeting room takes about 20 painters and a function room takes about 50. Send us a photo of your space with your headcount and we will confirm the layout before you book.
How long do setup and cleanup take?
Both happen outside your session, so your booked block is all painting. We arrive 30 minutes before your start time and need 30 minutes afterwards to clear the space.
Is there a minimum group size for mobile sessions?
Yes. Mobile sessions start from 5 painters, because of transport and setup. For smaller groups our studio sessions are usually better value.
Will paint damage our floor or furniture?
No. We cover the full painting area with floor sheets and table covers before opening any paint, and every painter wears an apron. Spills land on our protection, not your surfaces. We remove all waste, including water, and walk the space with you before leaving.
Can we provide our own food and drinks?
Yes, it is your venue, so your catering rules apply. Many groups run the session alongside food, from office pizza to condo barbecues. We position the painting stations away from the food area and keep the two zones from mixing, which protects both the artwork and the buffet.
