The classic. Every person gets a canvas, acrylics, brushes and an apron. A facilitator walks the group through a simple artwork step by step, so nobody freezes at a blank canvas. Everyone leaves with a finished painting.

Your office, your venue, or our studio
Most corporate sessions happen at the client’s own space.
A meeting room fits roughly 15 to 30 painters. A town-hall area or cafeteria fits more. Ballrooms and multi-purpose halls take the rest. We come to your office anywhere in Singapore and bring everything, including the floor protection.
If your office cannot host, we can run the session at our studio. Each studio takes up to 65 painters, so 130 across both. At your own venue we can go larger, depending on the space available. Tell us the space and we will confirm the layout in the proposal.

Big events fail on logistics, not ideas. Here is how we run large-format art jamming at your venue.
Zoning
Above roughly 100 painters we split the room into facilitated zones of 30 to 50, each with its own facilitator, so nobody waits for help or paint.
Staggered flow
For events with rotations or concurrent activities, we run repeat sessions so every group gets the same experience.
Mural assembly
For a shared outcome, each zone paints mural panels that combine into one artwork on stage at the end.
Setup time
We coordinate directly with your venue on load-in, and need 30 minutes before the session to set up and 30 minutes afterwards to clear.

Can you run art jamming at our office?
Yes, most of our corporate sessions run at the client’s office. We bring canvases, paints, easels, aprons, table covers and floor protection, set up before your guests arrive and clean up after. A standard meeting room fits about 15 to 30 painters, larger spaces take more.
How many people can join one session?
Our studios take up to 65 painters each, so up to 130 across both. At your own venue we can go larger, depending on the space. Above roughly 100 painters we split the room into zones of 30 to 50, each with its own facilitator, so the experience stays consistent at any size. The minimum booking is 5 people.
How long does a corporate session take?
The guided corporate session runs 2.5 hours on the standard 30x40cm canvas. Tell us your agenda and we will fit the session plan to it.
What if some colleagues cannot paint at all?
That is the normal case, not the exception. The facilitator breaks things into simple steps and demonstrates each one, and is on hand for the whole session. Nobody is graded and nobody presents. Most first-timers are surprised by what they take home.
Do you provide invoices and work with purchase orders?
Yes. You receive a formal quotation for internal approval, and we invoice your company after confirmation. Vendor registration forms and supporting documents are handled by your coordinator.
Can the artwork be displayed in our office afterwards?
Yes. Individual canvases go home with each painter. Team murals go back with you, and many clients put them up in reception as a marker of the event.
