The objection
“Half my team says they cannot draw”
Good. Those are our favourite painters. The session is designed for people who last held a brush in secondary school.
- The facilitator demonstrates every step. Nobody stares at a blank canvas wondering what to do.
- The artworks are chosen to look good with simple techniques. Bold shapes, forgiving colours.
- There is no critique, no voting, and no holding your painting up in front of the room unless you want to.

Is art jamming good for team building?
Yes, because nobody gets filtered out. There is no fitness, skill or confidence barrier, so the whole team participates rather than a sporty subset. Painting side by side creates natural conversation, and everyone leaves with an artwork. It suits mixed teams where one activity has to work for everyone.
How long does a team building session take?
The guided session runs 2.5 hours. It slots neatly into an offsite agenda, commonly after lunch.
How many people do we need?
The minimum booking is 5 painters. Our studios take up to 65 each, so 130 across both, and at your own venue we can go considerably larger.
Do we need any art experience?
None. The facilitator breaks the artwork into simple steps and demonstrates each one. Most participants have not painted since school.
